Beef stew with boiled potatoes, carrots, turnips, cabbage, and a biscuit.
INGREDIENTS: Beef chuck, carrot, celery, cabbage, onion, rosemary, bay leaf, black pepper, tomato paste, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, beef stock, wheat flour, canola oil. Biscuit - wheat flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, butter, milk.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove plastic lid, cover with aluminum foil, and reheat in a 350F oven for one hour or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
Meals are cooked on a shared culinary space, cross contamination of gluten and nuts may occur.
